Okay, read through all the responses to the post asking y'all for feedback on the weekly posts idea, and here's what I've come up with:

Monday will be survey day!  I'll post that survey plus a bonus question on Mondays.  Bonus question could be personal about you (not baby), or a book you're reading, or some random Monday thought.  LOL.

Friday will be picture day, but keep in mind it doesn't have to be pictures of yourself, your bump, or anything specific.  Just a picture in the comments of anything pertaining to you.  Could be a food pic, a kid pic, a pet pic, a weather pic, baby gear, etc.  Just something to help us get to know each other.

Sound good??  :)

hi there

Name: Liana
Age: 27
EDD: 6/27/11
Location: Las Vegas, Nevada
1st child/2nd/3rd...: 1st
Family: my husband Jonathan and our two canine children Roxy and Kirby
Baby's gender: I am really hoping for a girl and I can't wait to find out (hopefully in two weeks!)
Names: ugh.. this is difficult.
Birth plans or preferences: I prefer to give birth in a hospital with (hopefully) no drugs.
A little bit about you: I have been watching this community for a little while but haven't had the guts to do the intro post until now. I have definitely found the information here to be very helpful and so so so reassuring. I don't really have any friends with young children so I have been basically obsessed with reading all the posts on both this community and the pregnant community. Again, it's been really helpful and I want to thank everyone for being so open.

Hi :)

Name: Julie
Age: 29
EDD: 6/25/11
Location: Edmonton, AB Canada
1st child/2nd/3rd...: 2nd
Family: my husband Jason, our son Jack and our chocolate lab Percy
Baby's gender: All boy. He was quite an exhibitionist in the two ultrasounds we've had so far!
Names: We're not sure. Tossing around Ethan or Owen at the moment.
Birth plans or preferences: I had a c-section with my first, so my doctor is recommending that I do a scheduled one this time. He is willing to wait though and see if this is a little more of a routine pregnancy (my first son was HUGE and they kept testing me for GD because they didn't believe the results that I wasn't!). It would be great to try for a VBAC!
A little bit about you: I have been watching for a while, but I have been too shy to post until now. It's great to read about other people going through the same things I am at the moment. I wish everyone great pregnancies, and I look forward to reading and participating more in this community. :)
